Secure parking for the cyclist

After the cyclist has registered, the user accesses the Clamp-IT app and then engages with the lock by positioning their mobile phone close to the NFC logo on the lock to activate the software shown by the sounder beeping.

Once the chain is threaded through the bike ​and replaced on the hook, the user lowers the shutter door, which will then stay shut, and the sounder will stop beeping.

The bike is then secure.

To unlock the bike, reverse the process and the user must provide the 5-digit pin from their original registration process as added security.

The user is required to replace the end of the chain on the hook behind the shutter door before departing.

This facility is designed for short term use only. Insurance against bike theft does not apply to bikes that are locked for more than 12 hours.
